Non Binary Person Facing Eviction due to Severe Illness

Hi everyone,
This is incredibly difficult for me to do, but I'm reaching out because I'm in a tough spot and need your help. For almost the entire month of August, I’ve been really sick. I got COVID and literally right after that, I got a bad case of strep throat. Due to this, I couldn’t work for 2 1/2 weeks, and my job didn’t approve my sick leave. It has drained me both physically and financially. On top of that, I've been putting together everything I need for my very first drag show, something I’ve been dreaming of and working towards for so long.
Unfortunately, missing that much work, bills piling up, and the expenses for my drag attire, I’m now facing a situation I never thought I’d be in—I can't afford my rent and bills this month. I’m terrified of what might happen if I can’t make the payments, and the possibility of eviction is weighing heavily on me.
As someone who prides themselves on being independent, asking for help isn’t easy whatsoever. But I’m at a point where I need to reach out to my community. If you’re able to contribute anything at all, it would mean the world to me and would help keep a roof over my head and food on the table for me and my kitties while I recover and prepare for this important milestone in my life.
Thank you so much for reading, and for any support you can provide.
