Support Recovery After Major Lung Surgery

I was hospitalized on February 15th with pneumonia. I was told there was fluid on my lung . I was transported to another hospital to do some tests . I was told they need to drain the fluid . My lung collapsed and I needed open lung surgery (thoracotomy) . I was in the hospital until March 13th which then I was transported to an inpatient rehabilitation facility . I gained 45lbs in water weight and this was very hard to move . I was finally released from the rehab late March and sent home. Due to insurance policy issues I was finally able to book doctor appointments after almost 2 weeks . I have no transportation and no charity will help me . I was paying for short term disability through my jib which was denied over a form never files. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other . Long story short , I don't have money for my meds , doctor visits transportation, food , phone bill and rent amongst other things . I need help . I cannot go back to work as I am in so much pain without pain pain meds and I have yet to see a doctor to get a time frame on my return to work . It is very hard for me to do any tasks like laundry. Putting my socks on , showering and preparing food. I need help . As many of you know my eyes are bad as well and I am getting assistance writing this beg for help . Please find it in your heart to help me as this has been a nightmare I just want to end . Thank you and if anything is needed for proof I can certainly provide anything
