Support Recently Destroyed Black Owned Business

On August 19th, 2020 my dad’s car shop tragically caught fire. My dad has owned the Meineke on Georgia Avenue for close to a decade and loves what he does. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the business was already taking a financial hit and this fire has only exacerbated that loss. My father immigrated to America from Ethiopia and building this business has always been his dream. He also uses the business as a means to employ other black and brown people. The survival of the business is really integral to not only our family but the families he employs.
