My dear girlfriend, Rebekah, lost her beloved business and livelihood due to Hurricane Helene.

Coastal Cowgirl Boutique on St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Florida, was submerged in an 8-10 foot storm surge.

She does not have flood insurance.

She has no idea how or if she can recover from the loss.
