On January 6, 2026, I was involved in a serious car accident. I was rear-ended by two vehicles—a Mack dump truck and a Ford F-150. The impact totaled my car, left me with multiple injuries, and forced me to take time off work with no paid time off. After follow-up care with a specialist and a series of tests, I was diagnosed with two herniated discs—one in my neck and one in my lower back. These injuries will likely require surgery, which means additional time off work and lost wages.

As a result, I am facing difficulty keeping up with essential expenses such as rent and utilities. Asking for financial help is not easy, and this experience has been incredibly humbling. I have explored every other option available to me, and I am now reaching out for support.
