Support Rebecca's Journey to a New Kidney

Hi, my name is Sean Mulhearn, and I’m fundraising for my beloved wife, Rebecca Mulhearn, who is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. Rebecca has been battling FSGS Chronic Kidney Disease which can ultimately cause kidney failure, for 17 years, and her health has recently taken a serious turn. After countless doctor visits, hospital stays, and treatments, we’ve reached a point where a transplant is the only viable path forward. She is the most loving, selfless, and strongest person I know. Whether it’s caring for our family, helping friends, or supporting others in the community, she’s always put others first. Now, we’re asking for help on her behalf. Unfortunately, the financial burden of a transplant is overwhelming. Even with insurance, the out-of-pocket costs are staggering and include: • Pre-transplant testing and evaluations • Surgery expenses not covered by insurance • Anti-rejection medications (which she’ll need for life) • Travel and lodging for transplant care • Lost income during recovery for both of us We’ve set a goal of $45,000 which will go directly toward these medical and living expenses. This journey is incredibly difficult, but we are holding on to hope — and your support can make all the difference.
