Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your help in supporting my amazing sister, Rebecca and my brother in law Brian, on their journey of becoming parents. For the past 6 years, she and her husband have been trying everything they can to conceive, but despite their deep love and perseverance, they’ve faced heartbreaking challenges with infertility.

Rebecca has been through countless surgeries for stage 4 Endometriosis, a painful and often debilitating condition that has made it even more difficult for her to conceive naturally. Alongside the physical toll, she has also endured the unimaginable pain of experiencing eight miscarriages — her last one resulting in an ectopic pregnancy that unfortunately caused surgical removal of her right Fallopian tube - each one a devastating loss that no one should have to go through or experience.

After exhausting every other option, they have been advised that IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is her best — and likely only — chance to have a child of their own. But as many know, IVF is not only physically and emotionally demanding, it is also extremely expensive, and in most cases, not covered by insurance. All cost for this treatment will now need to be paid out of pocket due to their loss of medical coverage for this. We are hoping to raise $20,000 to help cover:

IVF procedure and medical expenses

Fertility medications

Any additional costs related to treatment and care

Because of her endometriosis, her doctor is taking extra steps to ensure the best chances of proper implantation once he does the transfer. In their situation, it is not considered a standard IVF case, which is making one round cost them over $30,000 with no guarantee to work. My sister and her husband have shown incredible strength, courage, and resilience through years of pain, loss, and heartbreak. Rebecca would be an extraordinary mother, and Brian would be an outstanding father and it breaks my heart to see financial barriers stand in the way of that dream.
