Momma used to say that 15 Puerto Ricans can't be wrong, especially if they don't know each other. The translation of that is if several people are telling you to do something, then you need to do it. So, I'm going to do it but I will need help financially. I don't have a solid title in mind for the documentary as it can be several things. Hence, I have an idea of what I'll want it to be. My quest and desire is to start on it in July with an anticipation to premiere it in November of this year 2025. These funds will go towards the production and venue where the documentary will be shown. The day of the premiere will be free to include a reception with food, dj, and yellow carpet(my mother's favorite color). This month May, is my 28th anniversary performing poetry. I will celebrate 23 years being a full-time poet~spoken word artist in August. The documentary will be the story of my journey to include my 10 months of being homeless. Just as David told God he will not let Him go until He bless Him, I am standing 10 toes down believing that my gifts and talents will provide for me as well as make room. I look forward to what Jude J. Fonixx Hazel has in store to create with a final touch for eyes to witness. Thank you in advance to everyone that contributes to bringing this to fruition.
