Our AV Production class is heading back to New York City, and we need your help to make this incredible experience possible!

At Reaching All Minds Academy, we believe in taking what we learn in the classroom and applying it to real-life situations. Our students have been working hard, and this trip will give them the chance to use their skills in the “city of dreams.”

With your help last year, we were able to travel to New York and cover our stay, food, and transportation. While there, our students:

Attended an NBA game and interviewed Ricky Council IV.

Spent a day at BlackRock with Dillon Leovic learning about careers in finance and media.

Went behind the scenes with Rutgers University athletics and visited their Wall of Fame with Eric Riggins.

These experiences came true because of the connections we made, the skills we developed in class, and—most importantly—your support.

This year, we want to expand our horizons even more. Our plans for New York include:

Attending a Broadway show to connect to our production studies.

Visiting the 9/11 Museum to learn through history.

Touring Rutgers University and attending their football game against Oregon.

Exploring new landmarks and tourist sites our students haven’t seen before.

Our fundraising goal is $5,000, which will cover travel, lodging, food, tickets, and experiences to make this trip unforgettable.

To reach this goal, we’ll be raising money in several ways:

Car Wash & Community Day fundraiser, complete with lemonade and snack booths.

Accepting donations through our GoFundMe page.

Offering our media services—including small commercials, photoshoots, promo videos, and social media promotions for businesses—created and produced by our students.

By supporting us, you’re not just funding a trip—you’re investing in real-world learning experiences that inspire, motivate, and prepare our students for the future.
