Update: First, we'd like to thank everyone that has donated, shared this post or just reached out since our father's passing. Your support, in all its forms, has meant the world us. We are officially in the planning stages of returning Dad back to his home. We'll be making our way at the end of Sept, but we still have quite a ways to go and a lot of details to work through. If you feel at all so inclined to continue in your support we would greatly appreciate it. Mahalo e' aloha nui.
Our father, Raymond Kaleiokapono Lasco, 68, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 12th; after a long battle for recovery from contracting Guillian Barre Syndrome, a debilitating disease that attacks the body's nervous system, he is finally at peace and pain free. It has always been his wish to be returned home to Hawaii as his final resting place. This page has been created to aid our efforts to do just that. Funds raised here will be used to help with travel expenses for his children to see him safely home and back again.
