On Monday 7/1/24 my nephew Raymond was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia, a rapidly progressing form of leukemia that can also affect the nervous system. We need your help to support him on this journey towards recovery.

Raymond is only 21 years old. He enjoys spending time with his 5 younger siblings, reading, and playing online games with his friends. He recently found a love for painting Warhammer 40k models and was so excited at the new skills he was learning and the progress he'd been making. He was so excited to finally start college this semester and wanted to go into cyber security, he's now thinking that doing cyber security for hospitals would be a good way to help support the doctors and nurses who give so much to help him and others.

Even with insurance, his treatment is going to be expensive and he will have to be off work for at least six months, possibly more. He enjoys his job at Stater Bros and loves helping people, but he'll need to be healthy again, with a functioning immune system, before his doctors will release him to work. He's currently at City of Hope for inpatient chemotherapy, including spinal chemotherapy to hopefully prevent permanent damage to his nervous system. He could be there up to a month for his inital treatment and will then need to continue treatment on an outpatient basis until he's able to get a stem cell tranplant at which point he will need to be hospitalzed again.

All money raised will be going to Ray to help cover his treatment costs and, if there is any left over after that, his living and school expenses while he gets his life back on track. We are so thankful for any amount that you are able to give. If you are unable to give, please share.
