Ray Howard is an Ingram City Council member in Ingram, TX. If you have seen any of the news surrounding our community, you have likely seen or heard from him in that news. Ray has led the way in the push for a weather alert system in Ingram since the horrible disaster flood on July 4, 2025. What you may not know is that Ray has been talking to news stations, warning system suppliers, and doing research mostly from a hospital bed. Ray has been in and out of the hospital for some time due to cancer, and doctors have exhausted most options that are covered by insurance. Now, we would like to help our beloved councilman by raising funds to allow him to move forward with a promising medical treatment that could cure his cancer, but is not yet covered by insurance.
