Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to come to this page. I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend, Rheanna (Ray) Perez and her brother, Nick, as they navigate the loss of their Mother. Ray is the type of person who is too proud to ask for help, so I am starting this fundraiser for her— to help out with funeral expenses, last minute plane tickets, and being out of work for a couple weeks.

Chris Perez, the loving mother of Ray and Nick, has been battling brain cancer for some time now. She had been in and out of the hospital tirelessly struggling with her health. A few days ago, she fell ill with pneumonia and was rushed to the hospital in Illinois where she was put on life support. Ray and Nick had to make the incredibly heart breaking decision to take her off of life support this Father’s Day. This is coming after they recently lost their grandfather, who helped raise them, as Chris was a single mother.

Ray lives in Arizona and flew out to Illinois last minute to say her final goodbyes to the woman who raised her and her bother as a loving single mother. I hate to see my bestie this sad, it is truly earth shattering for her. Please help donate in any way you can, anything helps. The last thing Ray and Nick should be experiencing while they grieve, is stress over covering funeral expenses.
