My lifelong best friend, my diaper buddy, Raven, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Several appointments, tests, and screenings later, the next step is a double mastectomy, requiring not one, but three surgeries. She goes in Thursday, 5/7, for surgery #1 and has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Raven and her loving family have been preparing for what is next, but nothing prepares you for a cancer diagnosis. The fears and uncertainties are overwhelming. Raven is resilient and determined to fight this! She deserves a beautiful, long life with her husband and two amazing children.
