Support Raul's Journey to Health, Mobility and independence.

Hello, my name is Raul Garcia, and I live in Florida. I am a person with a disability and rely on power chair to get around. Unfortunately my van’s motor recently broke down, and without reliable transportation, I am struggling to maintain my independence. In Florida, life is already difficult for the disabled community, but my van has been my lifeline for attending medical appointments, including my wound care sessions.

For the past 6 months, I’ve been traveling 40 minutes each way, twice a week, to my wound care appointments. Without my van, I had to cancel an appointment, and my health is now at risk as a result.

The cost of a new van is $14,000, but I only need $5,000 for a deposit to secure financing. With this amount, I can work my Lyft job to make the necessary payments and continue my care.

I’m reaching out to the community for help in raising this amount. Any donation, no matter how small, would make a huge difference in helping me regain my independence and continue to manage my health.
