To anyone who comes across our story and ask for help -
My co-pilot in life, Rascal — a 14-year-old Pomeranian-Poodle mix — and I have found ourselves in a tough spot.
On the morning of Sunday, April 13th, during our walk, I noticed blood on Rascal’s leg. After checking him over and looking around the house, I realized the bleeding wasn’t from his leg, but from his mouth. I rushed him to the ER, terrified and unsure of what was happening.
After examination, we learned that Rascal urgently needs extensive dental work. The cost of the dental procedure alone is expected to be over $4,000. On top of that, there are ER visits, medications, and a cardiology appointment to ensure he can safely undergo anesthesia. It’s all adding up fast.
I’m not trying to cover the full cost through this GoFundMe — but I am asking for help. Anything you’re able to contribute, truly anything, will go directly toward getting Rascal the care he needs and deserves.
No matter what, I will find a way to take care of him. But your help could ease the burden and help ensure my best friend gets the safest and best care as we navigate this together.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this post means the world to us too.
With love and gratitude,
