My mom, Raquel, is truly my world. She is a warrior and an incredible person who has already faced more than her share of challenges. In 2018, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and liver cancer, and through sheer determination and strength, she overcame it. Now, she is facing a new battle: breast cancer. My mother has already endured 8 rounds of chemotherapy and two surgeries, and she is about to begin the long road of radiation. Even though this journey is far from easy, I know she has the courage to get through it.

My mom is not just a mother,she is a loving grandmother to three grandkids, including my 5-year-old nephew whom she is raising. She is the heart of our family, and her strength inspires all of us every day. My dad has been the sole provider for a while, and with my mom unable to work, the financial strain is growing. The medical bills, medication, and daily expenses are adding up quickly, and we want to do everything we can to support my dad and help ease the burden during this difficult time.
