Support Raquel Juarez's Recovery Journey
Donation protected
Raquel Juarez was recently the victim of a pedestrian hit-and-run accident, resulting in multiple serious injuries. Raquel is a senior at UNC Greensboro, known for her dedication as a student and friend. She has served as a Spartan Guide, Latinx Ambassador, CHANCE Camp Mentor and Coordinator, SOS, and is a proud and caring sister of the Tri Sigma sorority on campus. Raquel’s leadership and warmth have made her a role model, inspiring others to lead with courage and compassion.
In addition to the physical and emotional impact of this accident, Raquel has lost essential educational tools, including her laptop and iPad, which she relies on to complete her studies. She is unable to complete any movements without extreme pain resulting in loss of work to pay for her student/housing expenses. Additionally she needs to complete physical therapy to regain movement and prepare for eventual knee surgery.
Your generous donations will help Raquel prioritize her physical well-being by alleviating the burden of medical expenses, including physical therapy, surgery, emergency care, and more.
Any support to help her and her family is deeply appreciated. Please keep Raquel in your thoughts. ❤️
