Help Raphael Hitlall Receive Life-Saving Treatment: ERCP, Liver Transplant & Medical Travel to Colombia

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals,

We are reaching out today to share a story that is very close to our hearts. Raphael Hitlall, a 20-year-old young man, is facing serious health challenges. Raphael has been battling gallstones in his bile duct, which have caused significant damage to his liver. After extensive medical evaluations, he urgently needs an ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) procedure to remove the gallstones and a liver transplant.

Raphael (accompanied by his mom) has traveled from Barbados to Bogota, Colombia, to receive specialized treatment, as the required medical care is unavailable locally. The procedure, along with the possibility of a liver transplant, will be life-saving, but it comes with significant costs, including medical fees, flights, and accommodations.

Here’s where we need your help:

We are asking for your generosity to help cover the costs of Raphael’s medical treatment. Your donations will go directly towards:

*ERCP Procedure to remove the gallstones and prevent further damage to Raphael’s liver

*Liver Transplant

*Flights for Raphael and his mother (caregiver) to travel from Barbados to Colombia

*Medical Expenses including hospital fees, doctor’s consultations, and post-surgery care

*Accommodation and Travel Costs for Raphael and his mother during his treatment

Total Estimated Cost: Approximately $150,000 USD
