It was a dark and stormy night (and by that I mean it was a very clear night in Colorado with easy visibility and ideal driving conditions) when my dumb ass decided to make a left turn across multiple lanes expeditiously, turning into a vehicle in my blind spot.

The unfortunate events do not end there, sadly. Because this ended up being a very unfun way to find out that my car insurance has lapsed. And, because the accident is my fault, I have to pay for both my car’s damages and theirs.

The events get even more unfortunate though. Ezra has surgery scheduled for January to remove two masses - one on his abdomen and one on his neck. So altogether, these expenses will cost me around $20,000 all within the span of less than a month.

I really hate asking for money so please don’t feel obligated to donate but I had a couple requests for a place to help so I thought I’d make this page in case anyone felt so inclined or had the financial ability to help.
