Ranger is 5-year-old Australian Shepherd and recently he had a complete tear of ACL and is unable to walk or put pressure on his knee at all. Ranger is a typical Aussie and is a lover boy and big teddy bear to anyone that will show him affection. His main goal in life it to become everyones best friend. He is obsessed with playing with his toys and his favorite activity being playing catch with one of his many orange balls.

Ranger was born with hip dysplasia making his legs already weak and this resulted in him tearing his ACL. He needs surgery to repair is ACL and stabilize his knee. Some dogs that tear their ACL and don’t need surgery, however Ranger does to be able to walk again. Unfortunately, dogs are very expensive but at the end of the day our whole world. We need dogs in our life more than they need us some days. Ranger has a long road of recovery involving surgery and rehab so it would be greatly appreciated if we were able to get some support in his road in whatever way that can be.
