Please help support Randy from financial strain due to an upcoming surgery and missing weeks of work.

Many of you know that he has suffered from long-term back pain and issues for years. He has been using temporary fixes for as long as I've known him, and unfortunately, those "band-aids" stopped working. He is now forced to have back surgery on October 30, 2025.

For years, he has made many attempts to correct his issues but has suffered greatly since the last time he went in for a routine epidural injection, which caused more pain the instant he was injected.

On September 18, 2025 (Thursday), he received bilateral epidural injections to try to numb the pain in his L4/L5 and S1 joints. Before the injections, he was able to work, while still in pain. He has not been able to work since September 23, 2025 (Tuesday). The pain is almost 10x worse than it was before, where he is unable to walk, stand, sit, or sleep without being in excruciating pain.

During the time from September 23 to now, he has had multiple doctor appointments ($25 co-pay minimum each visit), a hospital visit ($2500), and numerous prescriptions for pain management (most were not covered by insurance). On top of all these extra medical bills, he has been unable to pay his monthly expenses because he is unable to work. Credit cards, mortgage, DTE, and others are extremely late.

He was able to choose either short-term disability or unemployment for a very small weekly pay (less than $350 a week), which is a fraction of his normal pay. While he is very thankful some money is coming in, it is definitely not enough.

The surgery date is fast approaching, and doctors have said he may be out of work for a minimum of four after to give his body time to heal.

He will be having a dual laminectomy on his L4/L5 and L5/S1 with the hopes he will be able to go back to living a normal life, going back to work, and being able to live without pain.

He was almost to a point of financially recovering from taking a few months off work at the beginning of the year to be with family when he lost his father.

If you are able to donate anything, it would be greatly appreciated. I would love for him to not be so stressed while he is recovering, and to not lose his house or completely destroy his credit. While I am able to help as much as I can, it's not enough.
