Randy has been a dedicated member of the Delta Jackson team for 27 years, working in the machining department. Throughout his career, he has always been someone who got along with everyone and was willing to help wherever the need was. Randy is not just an amazing coworker—he’s an even better person, and his positive spirit has touched so many of us at work.

Recently, Randy was diagnosed with cancer and has had to take time off to focus on his health. This has been a difficult time for him and his family, as they face not only the emotional and physical challenges of his diagnosis but also the financial strain that comes with medical bills and lost income.
