Hello family and friends. My name is Kaelynn and I'm creating this fundraiser on behalf of my partner, Randall Fernandez. This a follow up fundraiser for Randall due to the news that his condition has worsened. As most of you may know, Randall was originally diagnosed with testicular cancer in December 2022, which later developed into stage IV. Ever since then, it has been an uphill battle in which his condition does not seem to be getting better, and a lot of his options in terms of treatment have been exhausted. In May, he did radiation to treat the tumors in his brain and spine. However, he ended up going to the hospital because of intense back pain and leg numbness. Multiple MRI's showed two new tumors. One previous tumor shrunk and two other tumors appeared and got larger, causing him to have very limiting function to both of his legs, rendering him unable to walk at this time. The doctors do believe that there is a chance that Randall can still make it through this incredibly tough time through some more monitoring and therapy.

We're creating this fundraiser in hopes to raise money for Randalls's bills, such as rent, groceries, phone bills, and any necessities. Along with these bills, Randall's family has medical bills to take care of. He has applied for Medical, but takes 3 months to be approved. Even then, he's still responsible for many certain costs. Randall has been put on long-term disability. At this time he's getting care at home from and needs assistance from nurses and physical therapists.
