Remembering Ralph

Our dear friend and coworker, Ralph Lozano, recently underwent surgery for throat cancer. Unfortunately, complications have landed him back in the hospital, facing even more challenges on his road to recovery.

Ralph is a father, a grandfather, and a treasured member of the Lettuce Eats restaurant Joe's Stone Crab in Las Vegas. He has been a team member of Lettuce for over 20 years! He has worked in multiple cities: Vegas, Chicago, and DC. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his friends and singing in the Las Vegas Men's Chorus!

While his tough exterior might suggest otherwise, those who know him can attest to the softness, kindness, and generosity that truly define him. He has always gone out of his way to help others, and now it’s our turn to help him.

This surgery, and the recovery process that follows, will greatly impact Ralph’s ability to return to work. While insurance might cover some of his medical expenses, day-to-day bills and essential living costs remain a concern.

We’re asking for your support to help Ralph focus on healing without the added stress of financial strain. Any contribution—big or small—will go directly toward his medical bills, household expenses, and getting him back on his feet.
