Ralph and Kim have a hard time asking for help because they have always been the ones helping family, friends, neighbors and the community. But now they really need our help.
Kim has been the main provider for the family for awhile, because Ralph has a tumor in his spinal cord and has limited abilities to work due to his medical condition. He is on SSDI and has tried to look for work but can only work 15 hours a week. Finding a job that accommodates for his medical condition and SSDI restrictions has been a challenge.
Kim just had surgery and will be off work for 3-6 MONTHS. Ralph will need to dedicate his time caring for her. They are in need of help with medical bills, food, supplies and living expenses while she is off work.
Kim is an amazing person, and always there to help others out. She spends time volunteering helping the homeless and animals when she can. Ralph volunteers his time helping
Seniors in the community visiting care homes, retirement centers, assistant living facilities. he even once won an award in Clark County for his help with seniors. He also volunteers at many charity events for many local non profits. You’ve probably seen his smiling face and kindness around the holidays as he loves volunteering to be Santa at Senior events.
Because of their love for each other and their community they feel blessed that they get to help bring joy to people whenever they get to volunteer to help.
But now is a time that they need to ask for help. We are asking for ANY help you can give. No amount is too small. If you can’t help financially food drop offs are good, prayer for them are good and sharing the request for help.
Thank you in advance and returning the favor and kindness that Ralph and Kim has graciously given over the years.
