Support Rafael's Family in their time of sadness and need

Our beloved Rafael left us on May 9th...

From Venezuela, with a suitcase full of dreams and the hope of building a new life in this country, Rafael arrived in November 2023 along with his little and beloved Mariangela to finally reunite with his cherished family, who had gone ahead on the path. After more than two years apart, it was a reality: the family was together again!

But on the night of Thursday, May 9th 2024, after attending his regular English classes at Hollywood Hills Community College, located in Hollywood FL, tragedy struck. Rafael was on his way to catch the bus home when an driver hit him and run. Rafael died on the spot.

Our family is devastated... so many unanswered questions... so many unfulfilled dreams... so many broken and aching hearts. Rafael was an extraordinary man, a loving and dedicated father, an incomparable husband, a beloved son, a warm brother, a helpful and honest man. The outpouring of love and sorrow we have received has confirmed the wonderful and significant influence Rafael had on many people's lives. It is encouraging to see how many people have come together in our grief to offer their support and lighten this painful and emotional burden.

Still without understanding or comprehending, with our souls shattered into a thousand pieces, we turn to you asking for help. This tragedy has left us completely vulnerable and unprotected. We humbly ask for your help in this difficult time to face the expenses and unforeseen events that have unfortunately and inevitably arisen, exceeding our financial capacity and reach.

With our hearts in our hands, this family thanks you infinitely for any help you can give us. We pray that God blesses your life, your family, and protects you greatly.

Rafael has now become our angel! The best and most beautiful angel who will guide our lives! Let us lift our prayers together to heaven for the eternal rest of his soul.

Nuestro amado Rafael nos ha dejado el pasado 09 de Mayo...

Desde Venezuela, con una maleta repleta de sueños y la esperanza de construir una nueva oportunidad en este pais, Rafael llego en Noviembre 2023 junto a su pequeña y adorada Mariangela para finalmente reencontrarse con su amada familia que se habia adelantado en el camino... tras mas de dos años separados, era una realidad : la familia estaba reunida de nuevo !

Pero la noche del jueves 09 de Mayo de 2024, tras asistir a sus clases regulares de ingles en Hollywood Hills Community College, localizado en Hollywood FL, el destino nos jugo una inesperada jugada. Rafael se dirigia a tomar el bus para volver a casa, pero un conductor le arrollo y escapo del lugar. Rafael murio en el sitio.

Nuestra familia ha quedado devastada... tantas preguntas sin respuestas... tantos sueños sin cumplir... tantos corazones rotos y adoloridos. Rafael era un hombre extraordinario, un amoroso y dedicado padre, un inigualable esposo, un adorado hijo, un calido hermano, un hombre bueno, servicial y honesto. Las muestras de cariño y tristeza que hemos recibido nos han permitido confirmar la maravillosa y significativa influencia que Rafael tuvo en la vida de muchas personas. Por eso, es alentador ver cuanta gente se ha unido a nuestro sentimiento para ofrecernos su apoyo y de ese modo hacer mas ligera esta carga dolorosa y emocional.

Aun sin comprender ni entender y con el alma rota en mil pedazos, recurrimos a ti pidiendo ayuda. Esta tragedia nos ha encontrado totalmente vulnerables y desprotegidos. Pedimos humildemente nos ayudes en este dificil momento para hacer frente a los gastos e imprevistos que lamentable e inevitablemente han surgido y que escapan de nuestra capacidad y alcance economico.

Con nuestros corazones en las manos, esta familia te agradece infinitamente toda la ayuda que puedas darnos. Oramos para que Dios bendiga tu vida, la de tu familia y te proteja grandemente.

Rafael ahora se ha convertido en nuestro angel ! El mejor y mas hermoso angel que guiara nuestras vidas ! Elevemos juntos al cielo nuestras oraciones y las tuyas por el eterno descanso de su alma.
