Gjithcka nisi nga viti 2020, kur mamase sone Rafaela ju desh te perballej me kancerin ovarian. Ajo iu nenshtrua nje nderhyrje kirurgjikale dhe shume seanca kemioterapie por tumori gjithmone i eshte rikthyer dhe tani afer melcise.

Organizmi i saj eshte dobesuar shume pas shume kemioterapive te bera dhe menyra e vetme per te mundur semundjen eshte nepermjet testeve te avancuara gjenetike dhe duke ndjekur nje plan trajtimi te personalizuar me metoda si kirurgji, terapi e targetuar, imunoterapi dhe terapi e nxehte (RFA). Per ta bere kete asaj i duhet te trajtohet ne qendra te specializuara kunder kancerit si ne Greqi apo ne Turqi, per keto trajtime kane nje kosto te madhe financiare per familjen tone, pas 5 vitesh perballje me kete semundje.

Ne jemi duke kerkuar ndihme per ti dhene nenes sone nje shans per ta luftuar kete semundje, sa me shpejt. Ne, femijet e saj, nuk mund ta imagjinojme jeten tone pa te, deshira jone me e madhe eshte qe ajo te jete e shendetshme dhe per shume vite te tjera.

Femijet e (Rafaela Guri) Orkida dhe Kajo.

Our mother, Rafaela Guri, has been battling ovarian cancer since 2020. She has undergone a surgery and many rounds of chemotherapy, but the tumor keeps returning, now near her liver. Her body can no longer tolerate chemotherapy, and she urgently needs advanced treatments, including surgery, radiofrequency ablation, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and extensive genetic testing, all essential for her treatment but not available in Albania.

The only options are in specialized cancer centers in Greece or Turkey, but these treatments and tests are expensive. After 5 years of fighting this disease, we cannot cover the costs on our own anymore.

We are asking for your help to give our mother a chance to fight this disease. As her children, we cannot imagine life without her, our greatest wish is to see our mother healthy, smiling, and able to share many more years with us.
