Hello,

My name is Carrie, and I am trying to help raise funds for a great friend who never asks for help. Her name is Rachel Ramsey (AKA Rae), and she is an amazing and courageous friend.

Rae has been diagnosed with Stage 2 squamous cell carcinoma cervical cancer at the young age of 31. Rae will be having a radical hysterectomy, and they will be removing her uterus and cervix.

Rae will also be doing a cycle of egg retrieval to preserve her ability to have biological children through a surrogate.

Egg retrieval will be around May 21st, and the hysterectomy is scheduled for June 6th.

We're hoping to be able to surgically remove all the cancer and avoid chemo/radiation therapy.

Rae will need help with all the associated treatment expenses and the time loss from work (post surgery). I have created this go fundme for her.
