Tuesday evening, Allen Smith passed suddenly and unexpectedly. Allen was a dedicated, loving father, husband, son, grandpa and friend. Allen was with RaeAnn for 25 years and had 3 beautiful kids: Autumn, Andrew, and Abbi. Allen worked hard doing construction. He made sure his wife and children had the best of everything.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money for RaeAnn and their children to help with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed.

The family is understandably shocked by this loss and unfortunately not prepared for all that is happening at this time. Losing a loved one is always difficult, but coping with a sudden loss adds a different element to the grieving process. It doesn’t follow a pattern and there’s often a lack of closure. There are also added financial stressors, such as the cost of planning a funeral or the loss of a spouse’s income to pay for household expenses.

It is in these times of loss and sadness when you see people coming together to help one another make it through, to support the people we care for. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide.
