Hello Beautiful People-I am super nervous writing this as I have never done this for myself only for others..

My name is Rachel, a Mom of 2 and a Nene to 3 amazing grandbabies. In a few months we will be celebrating 18 yrs living in Port St Lucie.

In 2019 I received the opportunity to continue doing what I love, leaving the corporate world and being part of CBD Hemp Business for Health Wellness. Your CBD Store PSL & Divine Soul Wellness Mindful Healing. We became a huge supporter of the community! Offering many different services & products for all age groups & pets. Over the years we battled many different obstacles including the Pandemic.

Due to many different unfortunate circumstances, from family emergencies, business impacts, and now unforeseen medical diagnoses/expenses- with upcoming surgeries- I had no choice but to close my store location.

Closing has broken my heart- yet has left me with a world of gratitude.

While I am embarrassed to admit I have fallen into a Financial Hardship trying to keep the business open while handling life and being medically needy.

After multiple hospital admissions & specialist appointments, tumors/masses were identified in my parotid gland & lymph nodes.

They are bilateral, meaning they are on both sides of my neck & jaw. Each side will require surgery- however only one can be performed at a time due to the extent and recovery times.

Although I have had multiple biopsies- they can not determine if they are cancerous (Lymphoma) until they are removed and researched. In addition, my auto immune deficiency is attacking my antibodies, requiring me to complete weekly blood work, multiple insulin injections on a daily basis with additional medications and treatments.

I am asking with wholehearted gratitude and kindness for donations. I am seeking to raise $15,000. With your contributions I will be able to cover the following:

Car payment

Utilities

Groceries & gas for my appointments
