Hi, my name is Rachel, and I’m a high school sophomore from Texas. I’m thrilled to have been accepted into the NanoExplorers Program at The University of Texas at Dallas this summer.
This opportunity means a lot to me. The program offers the chance to gain hands-on research experience, collaborate with other students who share my passion for science, and learn in a professional laboratory environment. Participating in this program would help me grow academically, explore my interests in science more deeply, and prepare for my future educational and career goals.
Throughout high school, I’ve worked hard to pursue my interests and make a positive impact in my community. This includes creating a club that comes together to create personalized cards to give to local hospitals in my area and creating a website scrubbed-in.com for aspiring medical personnel. Opportunities like this program would allow me to continue growing, learning, and contributing in meaningful ways.
To help make this opportunity possible, I am raising $5,000 to cover the cost of attending the program this summer. Any support would mean so much to me and help me take part in this incredible educational experience.

Thank you for supporting my educational journey and helping me pursue my passion for medicine/science!
