Hello! My name is Rachel Anderson and I am reaching out with gratitude as I continue on with my educational journey. I have recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. Before that, I received both my Associate of Arts degree with honors, and high school diploma from Florida Southwestern State College, earning Summa Cum Laude honors. Now, I have been accepted into the Master of Science Program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Valdosta State University.

I thank God that He has given me this opportunity. I am extremely committed and passionate about understanding people in the workplace and applying psychology to enhance employee productivity and organizational culture. This field will give me the chance to make an impact in the world, and I am dedicated to complete the hard work that is to come.

While the program offers one scholarship, it is highly competitive and there is no guarantee that I will receive it. I am keeping hope, but I need to be realistic and seek other ways to fund my graduate education.
