Support Rachel's Journey to Safety

Hello! My name is Rachel and I am in dire need of help. I am in an abusive situation where I am experiencing all forms of abuse except most physical abuse (some but rarely). The worst is the financial abuse because you see, I am disabled. I have a severe spine condition that is regulated very closely. My rent is 1500 and I can't afford that so I need to raise money to get an exit strategy for this situation. I also have a 13 year old son with the abuser and I want to get away from him (the boy in the picture as pictures of both of us are too large to work with the gofundme website) . I am applying for social security and hope it goes through favorably in October when my hearing is supposed to be held. I also owe 1k to a bank and need any and all help anyone can offer. I already applied for the hosing choice voucher program (formerly called section 8) but the wait list is 2 years. When ever I don't do something for him or if he is angry, he withholds funds for the bills. I can't live like this! My doctors and therapist knows about him and there is no community support for financial abuse. I don't want to be homeless on a whim or based on his moods. I need back up funds in case so I can pay rent. Please help any way you can! Please!
