Rachel is a dear friend who has always faced life’s challenges with incredible strength and determination. In October, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, but instead of recovering, her condition worsened. After being admitted to the hospital the week before Thanksgiving, doctors discovered that her pneumonia was atypical and not responding to treatment. This led to another long hospital stay, this time at The James Cancer Hospital at OSU, where weeks of extensive testing finally provided an answer: on December 10th, Rachel was diagnosed with Lymphoma.

While her healthcare team is working to support her, Rachel’s fighting spirit remains unshaken. She is now in the care of world-class doctors at The James and has begun her treatments. Throughout this journey, Rachel has been deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support from friends and family.

Right now, the best way we can support Rachel is by sending prayers, good vibes, and positive thoughts for her complete healing and remission.
