Hi, my name is Rachel McMillian, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. Our home has become a health hazard, and my biggest fear is becoming our reality—my children are getting sick, and I can no longer keep them safe in the place we’re supposed to call home. Also my son has sickle cell beta thalassemia plus and stays getting sick from this.

I discovered a serious mold infestation in our home that has spread through the walls, ceilings, and ventilation system. It’s affecting every part of our daily life, and worst of all, it’s making my kids ill. They’ve been experiencing constant respiratory issues, coughing, headaches, skin irritations, and fatigue. Medical professionals have confirmed that prolonged exposure to mold is likely to blame.

I have tried everything we can—cleaning, repairs, and seeking assistance—but the damage is extensive and beyond what we can manage on our own. The cost of proper mold remediation and relocating to a safe, healthy home is more than we can afford right now. My priority is getting my children out of this toxic environment as soon as possible.
