Hi, my name is Sheree, and I’m raising funds on behalf of my beautiful friend Rachelle and her family.
Last Sunday (13th September 2026), Rachelle was involved in a serious motorcycle accident while taking part in a charity ride alongside her friends and riding community.
Rachelle remains in ICU receiving care for her injuries. While we are all hoping for continued progress, we know she has a long road of recovery ahead.
Right now, her family and those closest to her are exactly where they need to be: by her side. Her daughters Maddie and Abbie, James, Clarissa and Kyle, and her mum Jacky are all supporting Rachelle through an incredibly difficult and uncertain time.
In the weeks and months ahead, Rachelle will be facing not only her recovery, but the ongoing costs that come with it. Medical and rehabilitation expenses, time away from work, everyday living costs and the practical expenses of having family by her side can quickly create an enormous financial burden.
We have created this fundraiser to take some of that pressure away, giving Rachelle the time and support she needs to focus on healing and allowing her family to focus on what matters most: being there for her.
Funds raised will help with medical and rehabilitation expenses, recovery costs, accommodation, meals, travel and transport for her family, household bills and everyday living expenses, as well as helping support Rachelle as she rebuilds her life in the months ahead.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a meaningful difference. If you’re not in a position to donate, sharing Rachelle’s fundraiser with others would mean just as much.
All funds raised will be held specifically to support Rachelle and her family throughout her recovery.
