Support Rachelle: A Working Mom's Journey

My name is Sandy Green, and I am hoping to raise funds on behalf of Rachelle Aten. I came to know Rachelle through a local parenting group when she fell upon hard times. I have thoroughly vetted her needs, and she has tried multiple avenues to help her and her three children get back on their feet. There have been many helpful donations, and this one specifically is to provide housing at an Extended Stay Hotel in Athens, where her children attend school.

This would allow her to be able to continue working (she has a full time job), and continue her studies for her Master's Degree which she is currently enrolled in, studying Security Assurance & Cyber Security. During this time, she is saving money to put a security deposit and first month's rent down on an apartment.

Rachelle is an incredible mother who went through a truly unfortunate set of circumstances which led her to where she is now. Each donation, no matter how big or how small, buys her time at an extended stay hotel until she can get back on her feet.

Rachelle is a wonderful person who will certainly pay it forward when that time comes. For now, this is one way that we can come together as a community and help her.

The cost is based on rates I found for two weeks of an extended stay hotel including hotel taxes and fees.
