Hey everyone! My name is Rachel Dominguez. Many of you may know me as Raychill or TattoosByRaychill. I’m a professional tattoo artist in the Houston/Katy area and have been lucky enough to be able to make a career out of doing what I love with so much support from so many amazing clients, friends, and family.

Unfortunately, due to what I like to call an “occupational work hazard” or better yet known as “shrimp back,” straining my body in crazy positions in order to give y'all the coolest art ever, I have developed debilitating herniated discs in my neck which are compressing into my spinal cord. I have not been able to work and have been emergency landed in the hospital to get urgent surgery to relieve this severe chronic pain and prevent any permanent damage.

I will be out of work for some time but it’s all to get better and back to doing what I love, which is tattooing you and/or your loved ones. As I navigate this time through pain management, physical therapy, and just overall financially, I really hate asking for help ever, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to put this out here to whoever is at all able to donate whatever possible. I do not want anyone to donate out of their means and if you are unable, I just ask that you share this or keep me in your thoughts. (Kind of like my 5-year-old son who checks on me every day making sure these doctors are fixing me up! )
