Support Rachael’s Fight Against Cancer

Rachael is the embodiment of a strong, loving, community leader. Before she moved to Birmingham, she was the Operations Coordinator for FEMA which allowed her to travel all over from Texas to Puerto Rico responding to natural disasters and providing that support and love that the community in those areas needed in those desperate times. After she moved to Birmingham, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and after a couple of weeks, it progressed to Stage 4. Even with this diagnosis that she received, she continued to be a pillar in the community that we all needed by showing love and support to those who are in the same situation as she is and fighting for the rights of those in medical need.  The same love and support that she showed to the communities all over the world is the same love and support that is needed to help her throughout her journey through chemotherapy and overall strength to get through this time and come out a survivor.
