Dear Friends & Family of Quint Billings,

As some of you may know, my brother-in-law, Quint Billings, recently suffered a minor cardio-vascular event while he was already in the hospital for another health issue. This unexpected series of events has turned his world upside down, both financially and personally. Quint has always been someone who brings humor to tough situations, but right now, his family is facing a reality that is anything but easy.

Because Quint’s workplace does not offer short-term disability benefits, he has been without his regular income for several weeks. He has already used all of his paid time off, and with at least two more weeks before he can return to work, the financial strain is growing. When we asked how his family would manage, Quint joked about “eating hay,” but we all know that providing for basic needs is no laughing matter. His wife, Ellie, and their two children are doing their best, but the uncertainty is overwhelming.
