Support Quinnleigh's Battle Against Chiari Malformation

I would like to introduce you to Quinnleigh, my beautiful, funny, smart, strong, brave, and very loved 3-year-old granddaughter. Quinn suffers from a condition called Chiari malformation. Chiari malformation (kee-AH-ree mal-for-MAY-shun) is a condition in which brain tissue extends into the spinal canal. It occurs when part of the skull is misshapen or smaller than is typical. The skull presses on the brain and forces it downward, causing pain, pressure, and many other symptoms neurologically. Quinny has been through 3 brain surgeries already and is facing her 4th surgery in the coming days ahead, this time to place a shunt to drain excess spinal fluid from her brain.

Quinny is the little sister of Haizleigh and big sister of Jameson. Her mommy, Brittany, and daddy, Gage, have been right by her side fighting every battle put before her. Quinn has faced battles from day one, and Brittany made the difficult decision to quit her dream job working with kids with autism to become a full-time caretaker for Quinn. Over the last several months with Quinn's health needs, brain surgeries, and specialist visits, my son Gage has had to make the difficult decision between work and being there for his family. They are barely making ends meet with the little savings they have acquired, and their funds are running out.

The proceeds of this GoFundMe will be used to help them pay for their bills, medical expenses, food, hotel stays, and traveling expenses.
