Support Quinn Kelley's Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Hello, all! My name is Stephanie Mathews and I am Alison Kelley's cousin. I've created this GoFundMe as a way to help the Kelleys during these trying times, and I appreciate you taking the time to view this fundraiser!

On Saturday, November 9th, 2024, Quinn Kelley was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a car accident. Quinn went to the ER immediately following the accident and was sent home to recover. After continuing to experience extremely high levels of pain, vomiting, dizziness, and confusion throughout Saturday night and into early Sunday morning, the Kelleys took Quinn to CHI Health ER in Lincoln. Doctors there determined it would be best for Quinn to be flown to Children's Omaha Pediatric ICU.

Unfortunately, Quinn had sustained serious injuries to her kidney, her liver, and her pancreas. She also sustained several fractured ribs, a fractured clavicle, and a partially collapsed lung. While in the hospital, she contracted pneumonia. It took two separate surgeries to repair Quinn's injuries. She remains at Children's Omaha for now, receiving the best care possible.

The Kelley's are very grateful to the doctors who were able to diagnose her injuries and to her medical team that continues to give her wonderful care.

Along with the continued physical and mental pain Quinn has to bear, there is also the financial burden for the Kelleys. In addition to mounting medical bills, they must travel to and from Lincoln and Omaha to ensure that Quinn has someone there with her, while also caring for their amazing son Hudson (and sweet pups!) back home. Medical bills and travel costs, paired with lost income from having to take this time off, are creating an unnecessary burden that no family should have to bear.

Quinn is a kind, bright, beautiful teenager with her whole life ahead of her. She is an excellent student and a talented athlete who loves to spend time with her friends and family. One of her dreams is to continue her education and be able to play soccer in college. With quality medical care and physical therapy, Quinn can fully recover and fulfill that dream if she chooses.

Please consider donating. Any amount helps, and if you're unable to assist financially, please be sure to include Quinn and her family in your thoughts and prayers! Thank you so much!
