This past weekend Quiet Mike Nasekos, a dear friend to everyone in the Charlotte Mountain Biking community, experienced a biking accident @ Rock Creek. His injuries are requiring an extended hospital stay and a future spinal surgery will be needed, resulting in an extended recovery time, that will keep him from being able generate income for quite awhile. Mike is such a gift to our community and is always one of the first people to offer support to others in need without hesitation. Although often soft spoken, his presence in my life & the lives of all those blessed with his presence, is undeniable.
