Anokwale’s Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training – Thailand 2025 ✨
Support Her Journey of Healing and Empowerment
Anokwale Nsarko has devoted over 20 years to public service. For 13 of those years, she was the only African American national park ranger with a permanent position in the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area. Her nationally acclaimed storytelling on a former slave plantation brought ancestral voices to life and captivated audiences across the country.
In 2019, Anokwale founded Black Diamonds Club Inc. to uplift and empower teen girls in Baltimore. The following year, she moved to Cape Coast, Ghana, where her service continued. She made monthly visits to the Sekondi Female Prison delivering personal essentials and vegan meals, renovated 13 latrines for the Philip Quaque Girls School, and—since February 2023—has paid the monthly salaries of two dedicated teachers at Abrem Essiam Elementary School.
After returning to the U.S. in 2022, Anokwale served as an experiential education facilitator with the Princeton-Blairstown Center in New Jersey. Though meditation wasn't part of the curriculum, she introduced breathwork and mindfulness to underserved youth from NYC, Newark, and Trenton. The transformation was immediate and profound.
Now, Anokwale is preparing for the next step in her journey: training to become a certified Transcendental Meditation teacher in Thailand in 2025. Her mission is to bring this powerful healing tool to underresourced communities—especially youth—who carry the weight of trauma and stress.
Help Anokwale bring peace, healing, and empowerment to the next generation.
Every donation brings her closer to sharing this life-changing practice with those who need it most.
