My name is Quavon, and I am a 19-year-old who just graduated from high school. I was recently involved in a hit and run at a local bus stop while I was simply trying to make it to work. I was hit by a car going 50 mph, and my body was projected 7 feet in the air. In that moment, I truly thought I was going to die. I am lucky and blessed to even be alive, but the accident has left me unable to work and with permanent damage to my face.

As an innocent bystander, I never expected something like this to happen, and it has turned my life upside down in an instant. The accident left me with injuries that require ongoing medical care, including hospital bills, testing, and physical therapy.
