Hi, my name is Roberta and I’m fundraising for my friend Qais, a 20-year-old living in Gaza.

Qais and his family have lost everything. Their home was destroyed in the bombings, and even the tent they had built to survive was bombed. Now, they are left with nothing — no shelter, no food, no safety.

Despite everything, Qais is still holding on, still trying to care for his family. He reached out to me with one simple message:

“I need help to buy food for my family and meet their basic needs. I hope someone can help us.”

I couldn’t ignore his voice. And I hope you won’t either.
