Aaron rescued Pugsley from the Bradshaw shelter in 2024, after the deaths of Jack and Alice the same year.

Pugsley ate a piece of blanket and it wouldnt pass on its own. He required emergency surgery where they found a perforated bowel.

Pugsley required a 5 day stay in the ICU after surgery, receiving fluids, antibiotics, tube feedings and a surgical drain.

This has caused a big financial hardship for Aaron, with the vet bill reaching $22,000.

While outrageous, Pugsley is only 2 1/2 years old and deserved the chance to live.
