I’m raising funds on behalf of my dear friend, known amongst the Hamajang Gang as Pualani, who is facing an overwhelming series of hardships all at once.

Pualani just experienced the sudden loss of her roommate and partner, Ed, who passed away in the hospital on 12/20 from multiple organ failure. In the wake of this tragedy, she is now facing urgent and unexpected expenses while trying to grieve and stabilize her life.

Unfortunately prior to his hospitalization, his bathroom was left unsafe and unusable, requiring professional biohazard cleaning so she can safely remain in her home. She is also responsible for covering the cost of Ed's cremation, an expense she simply was not prepared for. On top of this, her car is no longer in working condition, and she urgently needs a vehicle to attend appointments, manage daily necessities, and plan her next steps.

Looking ahead, Pualani is doing her best to make responsible decisions for her future. She plans to sell her trailer and transition into senior living, but she needs help getting through this immediate crisis period to make that possible.
