Support PS84's Beloved Library with New Shelves!

We are friends of the PS84 Library, and we are committed to supporting New York's Best Elementary School Librarian, one Ms. Lara Voss, in her quest to secure safe and sturdy new shelves of which she has LONG been in need.

Over the past 10 years, we have watched Ms. Voss move mountains to build PS84's library (including a post-pandemic REbuild) into one of the school's most beloved programs. The children love her and their library time so much that they become quite "animated" if ever their library day is in question!

Ms. Voss has been troubleshooting to make shaky shelves hang on for years, patching them up to ensure they can hold her hard-won books and that they won't fall on browsing students. This daily toil has now become untenable.

Custom wood shelves that will stand the test of time will cost $3,150 to have built this summer. Please support us today that we may have beautiful new shelves by the first day of the 2025-2026 school year. A generation of young readers will be indebted to you!
